Professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Sherbrooke
Marie-Claude Desjardins is a professor at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Sherbrooke since 2011. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Law and Common Law from McGill University, as well as a Master's degree in research law from Université Laval. She obtained her Doctorate in Law from Université Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV and Université Laval. Her teaching and research focus primarily on fair trade certification, national and international sustainable development law, access to justice, consumer law, empirical legal research, and corporate social and environmental responsibility.
