Master's student in Environmental Law, Sustainable Development, and Food Security, Laval University
Jean-Simon Coulombe is a Master's student in Environmental Law, Sustainable Development and Food Security at Laval University and has been a research assistant at the Legal Research Chair in Food Diversity and Security since Winter 2022. He holds a bachelor's degree in Law with a sustainable development profile from Laval University. As part of his work at the Chair, he has focused on the transition to localized and sustainable food systems. For his master's thesis, his research will focus on the role municipalities can play in protecting watercourses in agricultural areas.
