This five-year project, funded by a major grant from Global Affairs Canada and led by UPA Développement international (UPA-DI), with the participation of the FAO, is part of a large-scale international development program. In this context, the DDSA Chair contributes legal analysis expertise to support transformations and reforms grounded in solid, coherent legal frameworks adapted to the institutional and territorial realities of the countries concerned.
