Between 2017 and 2019, Geneviève Parent contributed to the drafting process of the Guiding Principles for Urban-Rural Linkages to Advance Integrated Territorial Development developed by UN-Habitat. As an expert in international law and agri-food law, she brought her legal expertise to the development of these international guiding principles, which aim to promote an integrated approach to territorial development by strengthening linkages between urban and rural areas.
